Yesterday I posted my “controversial” content. (You can find it in here)

Got TONS of engagement, hearts, likes, private messages and inquiries from people who want to work with me.

It was a great day.

But inevitably, you always get those who want to take offense and purposely turn it into some sort of social justice crusade….(like, being accused of offending “sex workers” by using the term “hooker” instead of “sex worker” when using words to craft analogies, puns and metaphors.🙄)

And then you get one particular brand of macadamia who goes so far as to leave a negative review on my page stating that I use children (in unrelated content found on my blog) to peddle pedophilia…. 🤦‍♀️

Despite the crazy, I thought it the perfect teachable moment to demonstrate a very real point about what happens when you dare to stand up in a sea of sameness and stick out like a sore copy hooker...er...thumb.

Prostitutes are persecuted.

Especially the unapologetic ones.

The ones who dare to own who they are.

To stand on the street corner declaring what they do.

🎯𝗧𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁.🎯

Most people can’t handle it.

But the ones who can?

Get the cash.

Get the clients.

Get the notoriety.

The admiration.

The envy.

And here’s the thing about other people’s opinions… they’re free.

They didn’t have to do any research.

There’s no entry fee- anyone can have one and fling it at you without any evidence of its validity.

So why in the world are you going to fear someone you don’t know, who doesn’t know what they’re talking about, and didn’t have to attain the level of knowledge and experience that you have, yet proceeds to tell you how to show up in YOUR business???

Crazy, right?

𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙊𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙊𝙎𝙀 𝙒𝙃𝙊 𝘿𝙊𝙉’𝙏 𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙂𝙉 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝘽𝙍𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝙉𝙊𝙉𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝘽𝙐𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙎.

Know what IS your business?

𝑆𝑇𝐴𝑁𝐷𝐼𝑁𝐺 𝑈𝑃 𝐴𝑁𝐷 𝑆𝑇𝐸𝑃𝑃𝐼𝑁𝐺 𝐹𝑂𝑅𝑊𝐴𝑅𝐷 𝑇𝑂 𝑆𝐻𝐴𝑅𝐸 𝑌𝑂𝑈𝑅 𝑉𝑂𝐼𝐶𝐸 𝐼𝑆 𝐻𝑂𝑊 𝑌𝑂𝑈’𝑅𝐸 𝐺𝑂𝐼𝑁𝐺 𝑇𝑂 𝐹𝐼𝑁𝐷 𝑇𝐻𝑂𝑆𝐸 𝑌𝑂𝑈 𝐶𝐴𝑁 𝐻𝐸𝐿𝑃.

And in doing so, you’ll always find stacks of cash on the nightstand and regulars on stand-by.

𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣’𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 (𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 “𝙜𝙚𝙩” 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙔𝙊𝙐)

It isn’t enough to say the judgment doesn’t bother you.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗵*𝘁.

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐃𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐃𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓?

1. 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗬 𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗘- Get with others who have the same mission/cause and can back you up. Those hardcore, soul-aligned support system that get your mission and are there to reaffirm that you aren’t crazy. The world is THIRSTING for YOU.

2. 𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐙𝐎𝐈𝐃𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑- Realize your mission is bigger than the opinions of haters. You cannot help those you cannot find. The fastest way to find them? Tell the truth. Tell it hard. Draw a line in the sand. HAVE OPINIONS + express them- constantly. And by doing so, let the dissenters fall away.

3. 𝗕𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗧- Insist on being heard by those who need your message. If you get kicked out of one group- join three more. 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐆𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐙𝐄𝐑𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏.

And the snooty, uppity, holier-than-thou clerks who won’t wait on you?
